Requirements:

Ability to execute rigging operations independently on-site.

Understand rigging job scopes and perform tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of lifting equipment and safe rigging practices.

Capable of reading and interpreting lifting plans and work instructions.

Physically fit to handle rigging activities and work in outdoor environments.

Ability to work safely under pressure in high-risk environments.

Valid rigging certifications and safety training preferred.

Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with site teams.
Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic IT software.

Minimum qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Trained in HR systems and management processes.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR/Admin role.
-
Able to speak and write proficiently in English and Mandarin.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and payroll processing.
-
Capable of handling recruitment, employee records, and administrative tasks.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and coordination skills.
Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and platforms like Odoo.

Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.

Basic knowledge of marine terminology and industry standards.

Ability to coordinate and manage sales inquiries and documentation.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Capable of supporting sales processes and maintaining customer relationships.
-
Able to work at least 5 days a week with a proactive work ethic.

Experience in the marine or industrial sector is an advantage.
Requirements:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Handle sales inquiries, generate quotations, and process customer orders efficiently.

Provide technical advice to clients based on their specific needs.

Monitor and follow up on the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the outside sales team to drive business growth.

Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.

Experience in marine or industrial sales is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales-related platforms.

Certification in Sales, Business Development, or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial.
